This game seems to be like electronic pets--for adults. In the game, it's just like taking care of little toy electronic pets, but for more mature people. For example, feeding the sims, checking thier happiness, and even bladder control. That's why I LIKE this game so much! You can see though it has a lot more freedom, I guess myself and others like this game so much because we like to act as gods controlling our own little built world.

This is probably both Will Wrights, AND Electronic Arts best Sim-Game ever. I mean, talk about a genie, zombie, grim reaper, Tragic Clown, new skins, wallpapers, floors, lip couch, Boomerang Windows, voodoo doll, chemistry set, an evil (not to mention deadly) gerbil, and much, much more! All RIGHT!!

In regaurds to the person who said the cheat code didn't work for this game I have to say to go right back out and buy it. Just type in rosebud since the game is now patched. This is definitely worth the tirty bucks! I love the genie and all the new house designs. I was starting to get bored of the same old same old in decorating my houses. I love how it has the 4 additional neighborhoods. I can't stop playing this game. If your looking for something to amuse you for more than twenty minutes, I highly recommend this game for you.

When Sim City was originally released in 1991, it changed the way we looked at computer games. When Sim City 2000 came out in 1994, we were astonished by it's beauty and complexity. When 'The Sims' crashed into the Number 1 spot of 1999 and stayed there through most of 2000, you just knew you had to get it. Now, Livin' Large expands on the concept of 'The Human Zoo' and makes the game even more fun and complex. With up to 5 neighborhoods to build, and dozens of new objects, walls, and floor to build with (real people don't spend all day downloading objects that don't work from fan sites ) I doubt you'll need to buy another game until the promise of SimsVille is fulfilled. Complete with all of the updates, you can fly and never land. I highly recommend the companion Prima hint book if you hadn't planned on getting it. It's worth the price just for the humor and cheat codes.

Livin' Large is a great expansion pack to The Sims, and it adds so much to the game, you'll forget what it was like without it. Most of the new items are great, especially the chemistry set and the telescope. Plus there are so many new twists (the Tragic Clown, the Grim Reaper, etc.) that it just makes the game that much more interesting. But the best thing is the addition of the 4 new neighborhoods, so you can basically start the game over several times with new characters once you get sick of the old ones.
I highly recommend this expansion pack to anyone who enjoyed The Sims.

Great add on!
Comes with more than 125 new ites, including a Magic Lamp, crystal ball, chemistry set and a love bed, witch lets you "play" in bed.
It also comes with aboust 15 new skins, new jobs including Musician, Slacker, Paranormal, Journalism, and Hacker. Also included are four new neighbourhoods, although only a couple new houses, so you have to build your own houses.
I deffinately recomend it, if you enjoyed The Sims.

The Sims was a great game, and with the new expansion pack, it becomes even better. Now you can let your Sims do things even more realistic than before. It's almost like they are real people. I especially like the new high-tech appliances and the robot! I think it is one of the best simulation games ever!

I love The Sims Livin' Large. It is not like any other computer game.I love how you can make up the furninture in each room.The people are so cool to make and dress.I hope the Sims House Party is even better. Good Bye Sim Fans Love YA!!!!

This game rocks. It is the best game ever. It has great graphics and runs smoothly. It is really fun because you are always challenged. And then if you get bored of trying to make them do really well you can kill them by burning them, drowning them, starving them and a couple other things. You always have to expect the unexpected because you never know what will happen. I would reccomened it to everyone because it is a awesome game. It's the best game ever.
