Harry Potter is the worst idea ever. ican't believe kids are actually in to it. i think harry potter should be ban from all shelves. it teaches kids bad things about witch craft and isnt good for anyone under the age of 13.

This game was horrible, I wasted my money on it and I recomend that you don't waste yours. I have never played such a bad game, there is no action and too much violence, this game is not appropriate for young kids under the age of 12 regardless what the label says.

Love the serie and the book, but not the game.

If you love The Legend of Zelda this game is for you. The loading time is the problem.

When I first heard of this game in my magazine I couldnt wait to buy it. I bought this game the day it came out and now i cant wait for somebody to buy it off of me. This is definitally not the game i thought it would be I am very dissapionted. I suggest that whoever is reading this review will rent this game before buying it because while some will love this game, others will hate it. All you do is go around collecting wizard cards. You do pointless tasks to get pointless wizad cards. You go to one class a day then your day ends. You do one task a night and your night ends. This keeps repeating until you eventually just quit playing because it's so boring. If you dont want to end your day or night then you dont have to, you can explore but after you explore the first time and complete all the side tasks, there is no point in exploring anymore and you will most likely just end your days and nights as soon as you can. If you are a very big harry potter fan then you night like this just because of the storyline. If you are like me and read the books but are not crazy about them then this game is probably not for you. This game is also not the easiest at some points. I dont think this game is for younger kids because as soon as you get the expelliarmus spell, the game gets a little harder. You then have to time everything. Everytime a spell is casted at you, you have to use the explelliarmus spell to reverse it but you have to time it exactly right and it's not the easiest thing to do. So like I said before, DO NOT GO OUT AND SPEND 50 DOLLARS ON THIS GAME UNTIL YOU PLAY IT FIRST. Rent it to see if you like it first.

This games is ok if you like harry potter and if you dont. Some of the tasks are fun and learning new spells is also fun but the game is too easy except for the last bit fighting voldamort i had finished it in under 3 days playing and then it just got boring. It is still a great game thoug and the graphics and 10x better than the first harry potter they brought out. All in all if you like harry potter buy it if not then dont

Best go there. Absolutly best game ever made by EA. Cause I'm a Harry Potter fan. Cause I love Harry Potter. Cause he's a wizard. You have to try this game. Has plenty of action(well... enough action) plenty of gameplay. But you tell me...the graphics and voiceovers were made to be superb. I think EA did a superb job putting all their effort into making the graphics and voiceover superb. Best go there too! Forget about all the parts where you were levitating about an inch away from a ledge, and when you were behind a barrel, there was a quiet movingly Earthquake. If you think about it constantly you'll start to think that there's no game that's perfect. That's why you should go out and buy this game. It's not perfect. But its a good game. You can tell that everything in the game is made by a kind of work... a kind of work that we call consentration. I beg you, go out and rent this game first before buying. Like I mentioned, no game is perfect. But this game is good. Best buy this game.

Harry Potter 2 for Playstation 2 is so much better then Harry Potter 1 for playstation. Still, Harry Potter 1 is good, but if I could only pick 1 of the 2 games, it would be Harry Potter 2. And this is why Harry Potter 2 is better then the 1st 1.
First of all, the 3d or digital stuff is excelent. This game has alot more digital stuff then Harry Potter 1. That is for sure. The music is magnificent. I mean MAGNIFICENT. If you had 1 tv screen with Harry Potter 1 on it and another tv screen with Harry Potter 2 on it, you would beleive me.
Second of all, the game is alot more, well, practicley everything is better in Harry Potter 2 then Harry Potter 1. You can travel the school, do challenges, fly, ( on the school grounds) and do magic. Overall, this game is GREAT

Take control of Harry Potter and roam the halls of Hogwarts. You learn spells by picking up books. You can assign spells to a button, and you have a Rememberall which tells you what to do next. The hardest boss in the game--for me--was the last one within the Chamber itself. Quidditch is a fun thing to do and who would say no to de-gnoming the garden?

This game is the best game i've played on PS2! Everthing's a blast! It's nonstop action, which makes it fun. Flying is hard at first, but then you catch on. I've always been a big fan of Harry Potter. This makes Harry Potter seem even more FUN!
