Don't Waste Your Money

Ok this game is one of the worst games I have ever purchased. First of all, there is too much reading and animation. You may as well just buy the movie because this is basically it except the grapics are terrible to be honest and you really cannnot tell that Harry Potter is really Harry. Also some of the battles (pokemon anyone?) are very hard and the system that they use to determine if you will win the battle is very odd because every spell is worth something and everytime you use a spell, it deducts some points from you. :( it is really dumb. Though I love Harry Potter, they could have done better on the game.

This game is way different from what i hoped and pictured it to be. 1st it has a whole bunch of tasks not in the book or movie! Second it is confusing and hard. I really enjoy Harry Potter, but not this. I hope the second game (when it comes out) will be much better, because it needs to.

I bought this game about 2 years ago. I played it one time and I was DONE!! I never played it again. It has levels that are impossible to get past and its very confusing. It is no fun I STRONGLY advise you not to waste your money. I am in high school and this game is so CONFUSING!! Instead, go buy the book!

This game is very confusing. It annoys me becuse first of all when you get to Gringotts you are walking through a maze and you are following Hagrid and then all the sudden you (Harry) trip and Hagrid leaves you dispite your screaming. And plus in the book and the movie you ride on a mine car like thing and here you have to find your way through dungeons of the bank for a while battling little things that appear out of no where (pokemon anyone?). Then when you finnaly find your way through the bank and you find Hagrid he leaves you again. And you have to find your way back through the tunnel. Then you go shopping for Harry's school stuff and that is fun but only because I like shopping. After that you go to The train station (I am suprised that Hagrid acually leads you there.) Then when you get on the train you have to find a seat while the train is moving and you battle Malfoy. When you get to school you have to find your way throught the lake while monsters are jumping out at you. So then when you get there by sheer luck you have to find your way to the entrance hall by yourself. Then they do the whole sorting thing and then you have to go up to your dormitory because someone trips you and you get away from the group. Then when you get up there you don't know the password so you have to find a ghost that knows it and when you do he askes you to find him somthing and he will tell you. And i was all confused because I had no clue where I wass going. and then he gives you the password and you get there and go to bed.

In the morning,you wake up late and you have to go to potions class(you have to find your way there again) and Snape puts a curse on Neville Longbottom (child abuse) while he sits there and groans "it hurts". Snape tells you to go find ingredients and you have no clue what they are but nevertheless you must go find them in places that were not in the book or the movie. So you are wandering around Hogwarts with no clue what is going on. Well that is as far as I have gotten in this game. You decide wether you want to but it or not but I would suggest not. :)

I have'nt played the game yet but I purchased it off the internet. I am getting it soon and the first thing I am going to do is read the instructions so I can better understand the game. Even though I have'nt played it I know I will Like it because I love all things that have to do with Harry Potter. Well,most things anway. But, if you have played this game you know how cool it is. I just can't wait to make new discoveries in the land of Harry Potter and Hogwarts. Thank you.

This game must be the best game since Pokemon Silver came out. Though I have never ever played this game before I think it will be a huge hit. I have heard a lot about the game though. They say you fight things like bats and spiders, and most people say they still can't find all of Snape's ingredients for a potion that cures Neville Longbottom. Over all this game must be a good game.

I loved the game. the only bad thing about it is the game isn't long enough. i can pass the game within 24 hours and start a new game.

24 hrs game play for a 12 year old? DO YOUR HOMEWORK or read a book!!!!!! You could read the first two books in the time it takes you to finish the game (24 hrs?), spend your money on the books instead.
