I really like this game. It's cool and it has pretty good graphics (for a game boy color, that is) and the story is super as well as the game play. There is one bad thing about it, but its small. The puzzles in the game might have you go crying to your strategy guides, even if you swore that you'd beat the game without it. If you're looking for a challenging game with mixtures of puzzles and action, look no further!

Its the first part in the "Oracle" 2-part mini-series, where Link must save the Ages by travelling back in time. This one has a nice selection of weapons, items etc., and the storyline is interesting!
But much, MUCH harder than "Seasons". The all-new animals that help Link along the way, are a cool addition to this series. BTW, Check out: "Oracle of Seasons" ! BOTH ARE ALL IN GOOD FUN!!!!!
Nintendo has done it again!

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages is the best game that I've ever played on a Game Boy Color. The storyline is awesome and the gameplay is wonderful. I'd reccomend it to anyone ages 6 and up because it isn't the easiest game in the world and has some mild violence. If you buy this game, it's is definitley not wasted money.
Nintendo does it again!

I just can't seem to get enough Zelda! When I found out that Nintendo was releasing new Zelda games for Game Boy, I was thrilled! And not only are they releasing one, but two?! All I can say is, I expect big things from these games!

I first found out about this game when my friend told me about it. Being a Zelda fan, I decided to get it myself. After about a week of wating, the UPS guy pulled up and handed it to me. It was great. I really liked how the game was set up: All the mind boggling puzzles and how you could warp back and forth from Present to Past and Visa Versa. After the first dungeon you recieve a magical harp, the Harp of Ages, which lets you warp from Past to Present and Present to Past. All I can say is, if your a Zelda fan, have a GBC, and enjoy Action/RPG type games, you definitely need to get Zelda: Oracle of Ages. I can easily give this game 5 stars.
Link at his best on Game Boy.

I just got Oracle of Ages today and I can't stop playing it. I was surprised when I saw the graphics that this was not a Game Boy Advance game. The sound is amazing, playing some pretty soothing tunes(including the Zelda theme). The storyline is very well done and what is best about it is when you complete one of the Oracle games(the order doesn't matter) you get a password so your adventure will span further in the next game with new weapons and items to find. My only gripe is the dungeons can be kind of frustrating but it's a Zelda game so that's to be expected. Well I'am getting the urge to play again so my closing statement to you is...BUY THIS ... GAME NOW!!!
Great Game

Nintendo has ended it's life of the Gameboy color with one of it's best all time franchises: Zelda. The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages is one of the best games to come out for the franchise. It is reminicient of the original zelda with it's overhead view. The game is very challnging in puzzles and the story line is similar to Oracle of Seasons. While the graphics are truly 8 bit, for a handheld the color is extremely vibrant. All in all, it's got a lot of replay value when paired with Oracle of Seasons and it is a must have for any handheld gamer.
A MUST BUY GAME

I ordered this game just out of habit and I have yet to be sorry about it. Game play is great, Capcom did a wonderful job of recreating the Zelda series. Now if I just could get my hands on a copy of seasons. Any way, if you don't buy this game, its you who will miss out. Its a blast to play.
A MUST HAVE!!!

I have to say Zelda:Oracle of Ages is one of the best games ever.Just like all Zelda games the storyline is deep and involved.Graphics and sound haven't changed but a true Zelda fan would'nt mind.Pick this one up first, then if you have the cash buy Oracle of Seasons.Let me say you will need help so get a guide... Good luck on the 7th dungeon.
