I had this game for Commodore 64. Game was so fun. I rember the first level you jump over boulders thand then next level you hit dinosours with your club. I kinda forget how the levels go. All I remember was the game was very hard. Like you play and want to see what happens next. I had this game with a caveman on the cover of a very thin case with a Disk it in that look pretty different than most original disks. I loaded the disk in my 1541 diskdrive for Commodore 64. If I can remember I think the loading instruction were on the thin case. I remember I use to own a factory sealed case until I opened it.
