The point being: if you have the chance, test this game on your system first. Just because your PC meets the requirements, doesn't mean it's going to work and Novalogic will blame your PC. They'll stall you by having you run around for newer drivers (for no reason they can back up) and not offer you any support. You want my opinion? Buy Half Life Counter Strike for online play. Sierra typically backs up what they sell....

I was looking forward to getting this game once i did and I installed it in to my computer(Dell- Pentium 3 Processor,Windows '98,95MB Ram,19KB space)and clicked on Missions it Stalled time and again it just stinks don't bother buyin' it unless you have a brand new comptuer cause it won't work on any thing older!!!!
It does look very cool but i just didn't have enough "SYSTEM MEMORY" I GUESS TO PLAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well what can i say this game is not worth your time. I mean come on, 1 shot to the computer and his dead. I even shot his foot and his dead. The AI is not so good, for example I was running toward the computer and he passed right in front of me and then turned back to get his shot, takes him long enough to shoot. Overall, this game is not worth a cent. I recommend not to buy.

Compared to the other 2 Delta Forces, this one just doesn't measure up at all. First, they take away the grass and give extremely bleak maps. Second, an extremely lame and short campaign. Multiplay lacks support from Novalogic, and too many weapons. Take my advice and buy DF2 instead.

Delta Force 1 was a great game, but there were so many cheaters that it couldn't be played online unless you didn't mind invisible players who couldn't be killed knifing you.Delta Force 2 was just as bad for cheating and it runs horibly on any machine due to it's graphics engine.
Delta Force 3 fixes all the graphics engine issues, but Novalogic has not, in the last ten years, addressed the fact that cheaters have ruined the last two games.
Any other game, the developers follow it up and issue patches to stop cheats. Not Novalogic. If you want to know just how bad they treat their customers, just write them an email saying you own one of thier products and that you aren't happy with it for some reason. *IF* they respond, it will be rude.

DF Land Warrior did fix the DF graphics problems, looks good. My concern is the terrible or non-existing support from Novalogic. They will not answer any question and if they finally do, their answer is not going to help you. They like to sell and forget about customer. I have tried over years to get support from them but this is an eternal problem with out fix. They simply DON'T CARE, not even if you have bought them DF1, DF2, F22, Comanche, Comanche II and ComancheGold.
My recommendation: It's O.K. to buy for a person who doesn't care about support. BUT, if you want to buy a Novalogic product with support, then, !!FORGET ABOUT IT - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

It might be possible that the multi-player would make this more fun to play and improve my rating however, I doubt I will spend any time bothering to get good at this game. All the missions are virtually identical. You start far away from a small group of buildings, prison, or town. You snipe your way into the enemy camp picking off the few wondering sentries (that look like sticks from a distance)and possibly thinking that this could be kinda cool. As you enter the buildings you are reminded of of the graphics of the most primitive first person shooters. The worst part is the enormously ignorant AI. While you toss a grenade into a room killing the enemy, the enemy in the adjacent room ACT LIKE THEY ARE DEAF DUMB AND BLIND. On one night mission I shot about four times at a guy. Obviously the first three missed. With bullets flying by this guys head, within inches, he never moves. Most of the time when I get killed, multi-player or mission, I never know who or what killed me. WOW, WHAT FUN! Heres the best part. On one mission the dead bodies of the enemy became suspended in mid air, obviously a program glitch. LOOKS REAL STUPID. Playing missions with a partner I noticed that sometimes me or my partner cannot kill the enemy. You keep shooting but they don't die. Finally after getting killed a couple of times the game starts to work.

You may think this game is the best first person shooter of the year. Or you may think that this game totall sucks and is horrible. I'm closer to thinking this game totally sucks. Here's why: Don't get me wrong or anything, the graphics to everything kicks any game I've ever played, but there is a mess to the actual gameplay.
The AI sucks. Big time. Everytime I go into a room with 4 or 5 guys, the realize I'm about to blow their heads off and look at me. But they don't start shooting until 4 or 5 seconds has passed, even when you shoot at them! And another thing, when you are far away and enemys are lined up, even if your crawling, the start firing like mad, sometimes without one sniper tower gaurding the area.
Another thing is the game time. There are only 15 missions to do so it's not worth your money. Not to mention that your pretty much hopeless in this game without using cheats. You don't have to do it at first, but one level at least 10 guys were sniping from this bulding and they all saw me and killed me within 3 seconds, no exageration. Do me a favor and don't buy this stupid game.
