Great Amiga Game

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 1 / 1

Leander is a 2D side scrolling platformer type game for the Amiga 500 computer. It has excellent graphics, great music and sound effects, and fun gameplay. It is an adventure game where you gain various powerups to enahance your fighting abilities. You typically fight with a sword, but you can aquire ranged attacks as well. The only somewhat unusual thing about the design of this game is that you have to choose whether you want sound effects or music. For some reason you cannot have both on at the same time. I do not feel that this detracts at all from the game however, and find that playing it in either mode actually makes it feel almost like playing two versions of the game. So prepare to take on giant spiders, dragons, giant bees, and evil elves, Leander is definately a great Amiga game to check out.
