A continuation of LW

Hey its all good man. DFLW and TFD both give up realism for playability, but thats what makes me fire these games back up again and again. Other simulations are not quite on the mark, such as Ghost Recon, where the terrorists can pop you with an iron-sight AK47 from over 500 yards and your movement is very clunky.
My only criticism of both LW games is the FNG and the M249. Too many players run around firing madly with this gun and can hit you from amazing distances. This is just plain unrealistic. They should modify the physics of these two weapons to make them very inaccurate past a certain range. I can always spot a bad player when I see him bouncing around near hills firing away with an FN, taking advantage of 2 major bugs, the 'hill bug' and the unrealistic accuracy of the FN.
Multiplayer is the best part of this game bar none. Playing against humans is better than playing against the computer.

Since there isn't too much thats new here, buy it when its in the sale bin.

Hmm..

First of all my keycode was already in use by 5 other Nova accounts. So I contacted support. It's non-existant. I got an email back which looked like it was "automated". It didn't give me any info about my problem exept tell me about copied keycodes. I also have alot of problems with the game crashing when I try to play multiplayer. And again, tech support was no help. The only reason I bought this game was because I liked Land Warrior. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their money on this game.

THIS IS AWSOME

I BOUGHT THIS NOT EXPECTING MUCH BUT IT IS AWSOME!!! YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF MANY WEAPONS AND THAT IS AWSOME. BUT IT'S NOT SO UNREALISTIC WHERE YOU JUST [DESTROY] EVERYONE. EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN CHOOSE SO MANY SOPHISTICATED WEAPONS THERE STILL ARE SOME JOURNALISTS AND CIVILIANS AROUND. EXCELLENT GAME!!!

Delta Force Task force Dagger

I've been playing Delta Force titles since DF2. They are all good, in my opinion. Forget about every thing you hear about how sucky the factory missions are in Task Force Dagger, or how easy they are, or whatever. Anybody that's anybody skips them anyway for the real meat and potatos that's online. If you wanna have some real fun, get online and play this game in coop mode. That is where all the real action is anyway. There are some real smart people out there making missions that put Novalogic to shame. Very challenging missions and complex. If you haven't played a coop, and torn the living hell out of the enemy with the Saco M60 machine gun, you ain't breathing my friend. The best part is, that sometimes, your teamates are murderers and ya gotta clobber the hell out of them too! You gotta teach them a lesson. Hey, it's an added diminsion to the game. Anybody that says this game is boring has not explored the full potential of what a person can do in it. The sky is the limit with Task Force Dagger. Think "freedom" to do whatever you want while playing. Your are definately not a rat in a trap like so many other games out there.

OMG don't buy this game

A long time ago I bought Novalogic's land warrior game. It was great so I bought Delta Force: Task Force Dagger
by NovaLogic. What a mistake, this game is full of cheaters worse than counter-strike. You will pull out your hair playing online, especially at Novalogic's servers. Forget about complaining to the company you can't even contact them. I am a gamer and I must inform you that buying this game will be the biggest mistake you will make. I would have rather given away my money!!! If you own this already you understand.
Now some novalogic moron will write back a response to disagree. So go waste your money, but at least ask other gamers who have played this game before purchasing.

lame

This game is just marketing the conflict in Afghanistan, milking it for $$$. This game stinks, and there isn't much difference at all in the graphics since LW which is outdated. And if you like cheaters who play online, Novalogic has them all. I have never played any multiplayer game that has more ... and ... than at Novaworld servers. They have no patches to prevent cheating. Even Novalogic's previous Deltaforce games were plagued. Not fun.

two thumbs down

I personally think this game sucks. I have played many first person shooter games and I can honestly say this one is the worst. Personally I would rather watch donkeys having intercourse in my bathtub. This game made me so depressed od'd zoloft. After playing this game even my sister was sexually appealing. I'm fat and queer. If you want to be my friend

Lame as hell

Go buy Delta Force 2/Delta Force Land Warrior and download a trainer. Novalogic NEVER updates the games and the anti-cheating protection is non-existant! The gameplay is bad enough, AI [stinks], weapons [stink], game engine [stinks].

Novalogic's Delta Force Games

This game hasn't come out as of this review. However, I have owned all of the other Delta Force games. The last installment "Land Warrior" was graphically very good. However, the AI completely stinks. The AI enemy is slow and stupid. Great in real life but worthless in a game. I hope with Task Force Dagger they do better in fixing this glaring flaw.

Not as good as DF2

I haven't yet played Task Force Dagger, but it looks like a marked improvement over Delta Force: Land Warrior, which was a disappointment after Novalogic's phenomenal Delta Force 2. I liked DF2's gritty, pixelated look, much more than the smooth but cartoony engine of DF:LW. Also, DF2 offered thick tree lines and tall grasses for concealment, but DF:LW's terrain was borning and monochromatic. Most importantly, the DF:LW interface, with its multiple keyboard commands plus mouse movements, was much too complicated when compared with the beautiful simplicity of DF2. I hope Task Force Dagger has improved upon all these flaws, and I look foward to playing it.
