The best Delta Force game yet

I have this game and i play it every day. I have every delta force game that has came out and this one's the best. the graphics are a little better. The multiplayer games are alot better. it is just alot better.

This is the point in its existance in which Novalogic began to run out of orginal ideas. This is nothing more than an expansion pack for Delta Force Land Warrior.

In fact it is exactly like Delta Force Land Warrior expect that it is set in Afganistan.

You old Delta Force flowers know the score:

Don't you even bother with Single player novalogic sure as heck has not improved the A.I.
All the missions are preety much the same anway

It is only in Mulitplayer that you can get your moneys worth(and thank God you can still get your money's worth with this game if have a mind)

But you know something I started to play the game for a few days and said to myself "Hey this is just like Land Warrior"

So I went back to the store and told them it didn't work on my system and got my money back.

Than I went back to playing Land Warrior.

This game is really bad the missions are fun But the game has LOTS of problems First The terrible graphics they are bad you can walk through people go really bad clipping and also the guns look like cardboards the helicoper pilots are cardboards and this game is NOT realistic go in a building nothing in there and also Rocket launchers greanades air strikes look like weak little explosins i shoot 2 rocket launcers at the tower and the guy is still alive!!! Sniping in this game are terrible shoot an enemy with lots of hiding and they spot you. Also the AI are terrible A sniper shoots me but actually hits a bus 2 feet away from him!!! Also AI really sucks they dont shoot you inless you give them a chance. IF you want a game MUCH better than this game get RAINBOW SIX 3 its more realistec better smarter AI and MORE and better weapons and graphics. DONT GET THIS GAME GET RAINBOW SIX 3

Having played many of the Delta Force games, I'd say this is the WORST release of them all. This series has always suffered from weak enemy AI and Task Force Dagger is no exception. The design work was hurried as there are many glitches. You can find crates floating 6 inches off the ground, large gaps from poor alignment in the tunnels, and events that don't trigger just to name a few. All-in-all, a shoddy piece of work.

Love the different special forces but where is the AI??

We all know that terrorists are dumb, but do they just get into a crouched position when their buddy gets sniped?? No!! Graphics are fair at best compared with all the other titles that have been released this year. However, I LOVE the option to use 10 different special forces operators!! The gameplay is just like Land Warrior, which if you already have played that game you know what I mean. If you aren't familiar you basically run around pick a spot and snipe till you get blue in the face and have the enemy miss you terribly even if you are reasonably exposed. The sound isn't great but not too bad, the chopper sounds, enemy voices and some weapon sounds are good. Having fired an M60 before, that weapons sound rendering is BAD and doesn't fire rapidly enough. What keeps me playing isn't the cheater ridden multiplayer, it is the fact that I can replay situations with 10 different special ops guys. It is fun for a while and you feel satisfaction sniping those diaper heads, but ultimatly this game will not be on my hard drive for a while. If you didn't like Land Warrior or aren't familiar with the series you are better off staying away!! If you liked Land Warrior you will in turn probably like playing this expansion pack. Thanks!!

Watch out if your on a high end machine. I built a high end machine with 3.06ghz 2gigs of Ram on a ATI 9700 Pro using windows XP PRO, and I got a virtual memory error but only with this game. All my other games work awesome, Wolfenstien, medal of honor, battlefield 1942, unreal 2, UT2003,and soldier of fortune2 to name a few. So its definatly not the machine, it runs all of them at the highest settings like a dream except this one. This is just a word of warning, oh yea this game ran good on my old system p3 550 with XP home on it. So just keep that in mind. I hope Black Hawk down runs good. It better with this much power.............................

FOR all you people who said THE AI are Dumb You are wrong!! You can Adjust the AI to Easy Normal and HARD Just go to your player Bob Viper12 whatever and go to player settings and go to gameplay and adjust the AI. This Game IS VERY fun if you Snipe Enemys and has Some Teamates to Cove your back this game IS pretty good. This Is the Best Delta Force game yet. Get Delta Force Black Hawk down Team Sabre If you want a great DElta force game.

I have most of the Nova Logic, Delta Force, games and with the possable exection of the very first one, this one is the worst. There are many graphic glitches that permit you to walk straight through an object. The graphics themselves are no as well rendered as the preveous games. Also, the buildings and many other aspects of the game layout look to be only slightly altered from "Land Warrior" (which is, in my oppinion, the best game they have made). Hopefully they will make a patch or other upate to improve this game.

If you are looking for good first person shooters, here is a list of some you should try: Half-Life, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Medal of Honor: Allied Assualt, Aliens vs. Predator 2, and Red Faction. The best thing about this game is the very large outdoor enviroment. Try any of these and you will decide that the Delta Force series [isn't as good].
