Hey if they can give a two thumbs up ill give it a two rifels up! Counter-Strike is the best multiplayer mod out there. It's gameplay is very fun and hard to get bored of. Unlike Swat 3 it's graphics are not as great, but it makes it all the more fun. Swat got too realistic without any fun so it got boring but Counter-Strike lives forver. I have been with Counter-Strike ever since the beginning and have loved it since. Counter-Strike: Condition Zero is bound to be Counter-Strike x50. With the new single player modification it shall be great for the 56k'ers. The most astonishing new thing in this new grand game I think is the riot shield which will provide a defence against the legensary Ak-47 terrorists weapon which will rip thru your team like a hot knife through butter. BE CAREFUL This will impact you relationship with your girlfriend. This is their worst nightmare and they will become very frustrated. So keep on your toes.

CS:CZ is a nice installment for us who are waiting for HL2/CS:S but the greatest part the the bots. My buddys and I love to go US vs 13 bots on dust2_cz! Thats another great thing about CZ is the new _cz maps with nice looks and nice fixes to exploits! This game is a must buy for anyone who likes Counter-Strike!

When i came to play cs for the first time i was amazed on how great of a game it is. I know many people disagree with me because its not a complete counter terrorism game, it has its flaws. CS dosent have all the great skins or weapons that a game, lets say Ghost Recon has, its also not as realistic. But for some reason theres people up all night playing the game. People all around the world who have been enjoying it since its arival. All i have to say that if CS can draw so many experienced players of other hardcore pc games, Condition Zero will 10x that. As i say in the title lets hope it will be a great game. From what i've read it seems that valve and sierra have put great and extensive time into this game. I recommend anybody who comes across it when it FINALLY comes out to try it out.

Ok think about this: Counter-strike + some more explosions and realism and single player with bots that can be better than you and act like a normal human player or vetern human player! What do you get? The most perfect game there EVER will be (next to HL2 and DOOM3 of course)!! 500% If at all possible!

Well I have been playing CS since it came out like the day after. and have enjoyed playing it. but i also have a slow dial up conn. so i quit playing it for a while, I practice with bots so itll be fun to have real mission objectives. Well later.

i heard of counterstrike a while ago and it sounded like a fun shooter, especially online. I bought the newest one, condition zero, in the hopes of having a game like Tom Clancy's Raven Shield or similiar. Big mistake. The grafics look like the game is from 1995, I could not believe that the makers of the game dared giving grafics so awful. The single player missions lack logic and team cooperation. What also surprised me was that there are so little weapons to choose from and you get about 3 seconds to buy one before getting shot. Maybe this it only because I have been spoiled by the 57 real world weapons you can choose from in Raven Shield. The game is fun on lan parties though, if you ignore the grafics. Thats why I'm giving it 4 stars for fun.

CMON people, counter strike works with windows xp and of course cs:cz will, and if it is not going to have you ever thougt about right clicking on the cstrike.exe and properties and " run as windows 98 " and of course windows xp is or is going to be the most used Operating System so OF COURSE CS:CZ WIL WORK FOR WINDOWS XP!!!

i've played this game since beta 4(approx 4 years) and this game is just as great as it was when i first played it, if anything it is getting more realistic, they add guns and none of them r fake like they r in the quake series or unreal tourney. this game is bar far one of the best online FPS's of our time and i have a hunch it'll hold that title for quite some time.

About why is the game delayed.

The game is delayed because they are still updating steam. With the money buy list, and the bots. Steam trying to make there network a larger community
