One of the best Twisted Metal games

I rented this game because I am a big TM fan. I'll tell ya', this game is pretty old and doesn't have the best graphics, but it's awesome. The levels are cool. My favorite is Holland: Field of Screams. The characters are awesome too. My favorite is Minion. One of the things that I almost immediately noticed about this game was the machine guns. I don't even know why they give you machine guns on TM 3 and 4. They don't do anything. On TM 2 the machine guns actually do some damage and debris flies off other vehicles when they are hit. It would take a week to kill someone with your machine guns on TM 3 and 4. Actually you would be killed in less than a minute if all you use is a machine gun on TM 3 and 4. If you want a good vehicular destruction game, you can buy any TM game, they are all fun, but I recommend TM 2. It will provide hours of fun, especially deathmatch mode.

Twisted metal 2 has got to be the best version of twisted metal. I can't complain about the graphics, the characters are really cool, there are a number of different weapons you can use on your enemies, there's diverse landscapes to play on, the controls are easy to use. The Antarctica level has a fun feature where the land suddenly drops away and you can ram your enemies off huge cliffs. The Amazonia level has lava to drive on. The only problem is that you can't stop playing and waste numerous hours on the playstation. Well, I got to go play!!!

This is the best play station game. The really good thing about it is that you can never get bored of it like you can when you have finished strategy games. You can play with your friends on it. Get this game right now!

this is by far the best game ever made. although the graphics are a little slopy, the colours are bright and rich, the physics are perfect, and the wepons are creative.

also, no matter what you taste in cars is, there is a car that you will like. the variety is huge!

Sony! If you can top this game--DO IT!

YEAH,5&5!! And all the carnage minus prison time! This is by far the best game of it's kind Sony birthed yet! My son's friends all laugh at me for still playing it. But guess what? They all sucked! And, are still afraid of failing to beat it on the hardest level without their little "new generation" cheat codes. Oh, and, "the graaaaphics are ohhhld."

Ok i have Twisted metal 1,2,3,and 4.Twisted Metal 2 is the best the levels are really creative,I like it even more because every here and there,there is a sercret.My favorite is probably Paris.Another good aspect of the game is that it is actually a challange to beat.

On the twisted metal game you'll find outragous and fun excitement. There are some of the characters that are still here from the old twisted metal like Road Kill Hammerhead Warthog Mr. Grimm Thumper Spectre but there are new comers like Twister Axel Mr. Slamm Shadow Outlaw 2 Grasshopper If you know secret codes you could also get two even greater people Minion Sweettooth The secret codes are: Minion L1 Up Down Left Sweettooth Up L1 triangle right To have even more fun discover how to make Darktooth come alive. A great classic that will never tire

Back in 1996 when I first got my Playstation, one of greatest games was Twisted Metal, me and my best friend would play for hours on end have Twisted Metal nights, we would cuss, fight and beat eacother sensless, its one of the best mutliplayer games in my opinion. Soon after the announcmemt of Twisted Metal 2, it was long but very worthwile wait, I got it for Christmas that year,1997...Wow...what an incredible game. Graphics, gameplay, story, everthing was terrific. The best thing about the the Twisted Metal series was that it never got boring, It was different everytime you booted it up. The cars would be harder or easier, they would gang up on your, sometimes they wouldnt. Somtimes you had luck, sometimes, you had lack of it. I still remember loosing hours of sleep and very sore thumbs to this game. Now, I am ordering once again for my PS2, I can hardly wait to see my classic baby with texture smoothing.. yummy.....I true classic for all time in the Playstation library. This was the last and greatest series unfortunatly, after 989 studios took over, it completey destroyed everthing that made my game awesome. Hopefully, with the coming back of Incognito studios, Twisted Metal-Black will revive what was best part of this series: fast action, explosive, thumb numbing and just twisted pure, plain fun!

Why is there not to like on TM2? There are great characters, excellent battlefields, cool weapons, and impressive storyline FMVs. Along with TM4, this is the only title of the PS series I keep on playing. Definitely! Definitley! Definitely! A MUST OWN!

This is possibly one of the best games i got when i had a playstation.First off the levels are all just bomb,second the multiplayer is super fun ,me and my friends played this game none stop for a summer, if you have never tried i twisted metal i would get this one first and then if you like it get the first one. this game is nothing but fun, the best level has to be the rooftops just jumping through all those glass windows is fun enough just to play the level and uses ricochets to knock people off the roof tops is so fun, if you want the best car combat game for playstation this is it then rouge trip vacation 2012 is pretty good to and its developed by the same people
