this game was really cool. it really is worth it at such low price...

after your done tho, you prolly wont want to play again xcept on wifi, which is awesome because your friend(s) dont need the game to play, and up to four can go with just one card! so it is a very good multiplayer game!

this game is rad!!!

i love this game! the songs aren't originals, and that's the only bad part. when i hear sk8tr boi, i want to hear avril. simple as that. but it is a lot of fun. i took it on vacation and my sister became addicted to it. i was lucky to get it back. now i'm just waiting for eba2!

Learn to love replaying!

This is my favorite game in years. The first time I played through it I was disappointed because it is so short; initially you have 16 songs and the gameplay is relatively easy. I've never been the kind of person to replay a game over and over on different difficulties and I was just really upset that it didn't take very long to play all the way through it the first time.

BUT oh man, once you get into playing it again... and again... and again, first to unlock those elusive Divas and then to unlock all the songs and ranks and eventually Kahn, it adds up to quite a bit of play time, not to mention playing it again and again just because it is so much fun! I will warn you that if you don't like the music, don't buy it-you will get to hear these songs over and over and OVER again, unless you're only interested in playing it through once on Breezin'. Watching Kahn dance around as a playable character was worth every one of the times I tried to beat Jumpin' Jack Flash in Divas mode.

Fun. Wacky.

I have no sense of rhythm. I'm the guy clapping off beat at the concert. I still like this game. Sure, my wife kicks my butt at this game, but it's just fun. I wish it had more good songs. I also wish it had cost a bit less, but with the music industry's hand in the pot, I wouldn't count on it.

My twin 9 year olds favorite game

Out of all the DS games my kids have they say this is their favorite. Other games they own include Zelda, Nintendogs, Cooking Mama, Brain Age, Imagine Fashion Designer.

Buy the game new. Not from a reseller.

I just bought a DSLite. Since Elite Beat Agents is over a year old I dropped by my local GameStop to pick up the game used. I thought I got a bargain. I fired up the game in my brand new DS to see that the game saved all the former player's game stats. The second hand EBA game shows all the sites cleared meaning everything is open. I have no idea where to start. The map is on a free spinning ball so there is no linear way for me to figure out where to go next. This will probably ruin the story line for me, time will tell. The game tap happy game so far is fun. I started playing in easy mode but the sites I picked was already bumping up the difficulty. It a huge turn off when a game you started playing just kicks your butt. I recommend buying the game new. Unless someone knows how to reset a DS cartridge. If you know how to reset this game, I would appreciate the information.

Stick with the original

I bought this game the other day and all I can say is this version is pure garbage. The songs don't seem to match the agents when they dance to the beat. Do yourself a favor and buy the original: Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan. This game was lost in translation.

Lots of Fun

This game was recommended by a friend. The primise of the game is to keep up with the beat of the music in order to complete the selected missions. However I wish it would let you pick the genere of the music. The music is randomly chosine for for. I would would recommend it to others. It is very enjoyable to play.

awesome rhythmic tapping game!

I purchased this game because it was similar to the game Dance Dance Revolution. EBA is very addicting.

The only thing that I thought was kind of annoying was the wait time for it to load when playing with 2 or more players. When you play with other DS owners, it takes a while to DL the EACH song to play. First it would load the master DS, then load the competitors DS. For each song you want to play, it does that.

I haven't really gone that far yet in the game but it only starts out with two levels.

Overall this game is great and I would recommend it to people that has good rhythmic skills. =)

Are you ready? 3-2-1 Go!

This game is possibly the greatest, most overlooked game to ever come out on the Nintendo DS. It's silly, it's musical, it's challenging, but above all, it's fun. Sure, not all of the songs available are fantastic (read: Sk8er Boi), but the game still makes it work. It's wild and ridiculous, and it may even damage your DS screen from the hardcore beats you'll be slamming down on it (I did), but trust me, the sheer enjoyment you get out of watching top-secret government male cheerleaders doing their job will be all worth it. Can I give this game 6 stars? Because I would if I could.
