My 10 year old son plays this games for hours. Now that he has the hang of it he loves it. I like it because it fosters creativity. It can get noisy if he makes a screaming song but thats part of the fun.
Good game but....

It gets a little old after like, a week. I hardly ever pick it up to play anymore. It WAS fun, but I mean, there is little to do after a while. If you buy the game, get another game to go with it, so you still have a back up.
So much fun!

This game blew me away. It's so much fun experimenting with all the different musical-making tools. And the visual part of it is also so beautiful.
As with most games like this, however, it gets a little old after a couple weeks. But I've had it for almost a year and I've played it on and off. I haven't let it get dusty =D
Not quite as orthogonal as I had expected, but still fun.

I enjoy playing Electroplankton, and am eagerly awaiting the release of Electronekton. haha. I had expected a bit more programmability than the game actually provides, but it is still a good thing. I recommend it to you.
