MKM: Annoying, yet intriguing

I was always a fan of MK. I always felt that the first MK gave the best atmosphere, and the sequels killed that aspect, instead adding more characters and 'neat' moves rather then the Goth dark horror I perceive the MK universe to be. This game steps back into that style, with a feel for what is truly behind the characters, and the meaning behind the tournament. However, this game has some bothersome aspects, like too few lives, too precise timing required (especially in the second stage with the windmill platforms), and too much to guess at. Over all, this game is better then average, but could have used a little more, in controls. A good buy, for MK buffs.
Stick to normal Mortal Kombat

This is a disgrace to the name Mortal Kombat. Its a near imposible side scrolling version where you fight dumb people and get pat things that fall on oyur head. This is a horrible game and is even wors for Nintendo 64,get it for PlayStation bcaukse the controlls are easy but the best thing to do is not get it at all.
A fair game

This game was ok I mean Sub-Zero is my second favorite charecter my first though is Scorpion and he is one of the resons I rented this game. It was an ok story but nothing really cool so I guess by it if your favorite charecter is Sub-Zero other then that you will just b!t(h about how hard it is.
Good Game, but just a smidgen too hard

This was a great game, but there are some drawbacks. The game is just too incredibly hard for the limited number of lives, and the boss battles (Particularly on the bridge of Immortality) are repetetive. A good game overall, buy it!
Best MK Game?

MK Mythologies Sub Zero in my opinion, is one of the best Mortal Kombat games of all times. It combines the classic MK fighting system with a new world to explore. It does not take place in a fighting ring, you actually must solve puzzles, get past traps, and even make potions! It may be 7 years old, but it is still a great game that all MK fans should play.
As far as MK goes... it doesn't compare...

I love playing mortal Kombat although it's been around sense the SNES... in fact it's been one of the only fighting games I've found pleasure in. I mean, it's my stress reliver... I bought this game thinking I was going to get something close to mortal kombat but found that it's tougher, only one player and more of a combined quest/fighting game. it's seems alright but it's not mortal kombat. I mean, I'm not really shore what they were trying to do with it but to me it doesn't make much sense and isn't near as much fun a MK trilogy...
MORTAL KOMBAT AT ITS BEST!

I have played this game, and it is my favorite game in the world! I am a BIG Sub-Zero fan, so I just got it at first because it is a game dedicated to him. Then I played it, and I was glad I bought it. The graphics and backgrounds are great, especially when you see reflections in water, which you don't on N64. The Playstation controller is perfect for this kind of game, and the acting in the FMV sequences are also great, considerring John Turke's portrail as Sub-Zero. If you have Playstation, get this game. If you have N64, get this game at your own risk!
This game is the worst ever.

When I first got the game I thought it would be good like the other mortal kombat games , but then I learned that I wasted my money. This game is extremely hard to beat, has bad graphics, a dumb story , and no 2 player mode. If I were you I would not buy this game. I learned that the hard way.
Very Good

This is a very good adventure game. Sure, it's not the Mortal Kombat fighting game, but it is an adventure game. The FMV's are great and it has an interesting storyline. I recommend it.
