Now its from my experience of playing this game both in english and in japanesse that its one of the best dbzgt games ever!Just like these other reviewers said about the whole goku goten mix up, well its true its not goten its goku in dbgt he's like this cuz emperor pilaf turned him like that.In other words the game is awsome its a must have for any dbzgt fan.Its got different fighting modes i just cant remember them right now cuz its been months since I've played it.And if this dosnt convince you look for dragonball z gt legends and ultimate battle 22, these are other great dbzgt games.They sell them at game proz in almeda mall in houston, tx.

P.S.This game is way better than dragonball z budokai

While a select few may argue, Dragon Ball Z is taking the US by storm and this title deserves a special place in the hearts of Anime fans; after all, it was one of the first english language DBZ titles to hit Playstation. It provides unique gameplay on the PS1 which allows you to fly at will and attack above, below or on either side of you. You also have the ability to build your players strength and skills well beyond imagination! What it comes down to is a fun, action packed fighting game based off of popular animation.... What else could you ask for? Buy it, play it, love(d) it!

I think this game is the best game the gaphics are not that good
but you kick some ass. I think I mite buy this game. Because I think that anyone likes fighting games You will love this.

Dragonball GT Final Bout seem like a great game at first, right? But then you start playing. As you will notice, the controls are very delayed. This doesn't bother me because I think it makes it more of a challenge, more fun. The controls aren't as hard as some people make them sound. Goku's Kamehameha wave consists of hitting 3 buttons, the first 2 are directional the last one is circle. There are a wide variety of characters, but there are too many Goku's. There are six Goku's out of 19 characters. There is only 1 Vegeta (2 if you want to count Veggeto) and only one Gohan. One good thing is you can get Super Saiyan 4 Goku. There is a way to play as Super Bebi also. I have the Japanese version of the game and it is just as good as the American version (I have played them both), only for a lot cheaper, but you need a converter or MOD chip. Overall 9 out of 10.

This game rules its the best dragon ball gt game ive ever played my best friend has it and i play it so often the only prublom is that it requires a converter for play on play station you can't buy the converter anywhre so watch out and dont buy the game if you dont have the converter

If this was a launch title for the Playstaion 1 than one could guarentee that the system would be in the garbage bin along with Atari Jaguar and Virtual Boy. This game is so horrible and unplayable that it is an embarassment to fighting games. I will go out on a limb and say that this is the single worst fighting game I have ever played.

The idea behind this game is that there are a cast of Dragon BAll GT characters all fighting it out. There is no plot to speak of in this game and for most (outside of super obsessed fans who know extreme details of every character)they would out this game shortly after the first fight or two.

This comes down to my biggest complaint about this game, the controls. With any video game you need to have responsive controls. You don't get that here. There is no combo system to speak of which even early fighting games held (although did not go acknowledge). Here is the idea of a typical fight on easy. 1:Fight Begins 2: You move forward to attack in which you move painfully slow 3: You hit kick, ten seconds pass and your character does the move 4: Your opponent is hit and fights back 5: Using the dash button you slowly move out of the way 6: You go to use a special (which seems to be insta kill), only to have it countered and you lose 7: Controller then shatters on TV screen in utter frustration. This is an example of a fight that lasts possible a minute. Like I said the controls are the worst I have ever seen.

I feel sorry for those who shell out X amount of dollars on this garbage and I challenge any one out there to give some reason at why this game is supposivly good. Grand THeft Auto 2 has passed it's mantle as worst game of all time to this game, this is no buried treasure, this is no lost artifact or holy grail, this game is plain and simple garbage.

I like this edition since the characters look nice and realistic. Compare to the budokai series for PS2, i still prefer the Final Bout series. I would recommend this rather than budokai series. But I certainly wouldnt recommend the previous edition such as DBZ ultimate.

hey this is one of the best games i have ever played you can counter moves and over power your eminemy in a energy combat or you can fly in the air and start attacking them physically :the bottom line is that i asked my mom to get a credit card just to buy this game
