i dont like this game becaus you get a game over in one try .i stoped playing this game on the 2nd boss.so dont get this game im sure you will regret it if you do.

Digi World 2

I think Digimon World 2 is a good fun game. It combines the fun of Pokemon and Pokemon Stadium into 1 for the Psx console. The only part I had trouble with was the catching of Digimon.

I THINK THAT DIGIMON WORLD2 IS A GREAT GAME AND EVREYBODY SHOULD TRY IT IT HAS SOMETHING EVERYBODY IN THE FAMILY WILL ENJOY.IF YOU DONT LIKE IT I DONT KNOW WHAT IN THE WORLD YOU MIGHT LIKE.

I am a 12-year old gamer who want to tell you this game is cool.
Digimon World 2 is better than Digimon World 1 because the game has a good graphics and the battle system, when you use commands like attack and cannon,the voices are Japanese so I will tell all kids must have this game...RIGHT NOW!!!

I would just like to say that this game is quite good and will keep you amused for a long peroud of time. i have played the first version of this game (Digimon world) and i must say that this is much better because you can choose what digimon you want.

Why??
In Digimon World 2, Bandai took out the fun and adventure of exploring the Digital World. Instead, you get to explore in little "Domains" which are amusing at first, but VERY, VERY, reapeative, and it gets more boring as it goes on, because the levels get harder and harder. And the Domains have very bad graphics, and the music - blech. And the battles don't help, either. At first, the attacks are fun to look at (the only good thing about it is that they are said in Japanese, and it is fun to see how they sound), but then you realize they used the same attacks for different Digimon, only different colors. And after a while, the battles get really long.
But you could compare it to the original Digimon World. No more digipoops, and no more feeding your Digimon. Also, you get to befriend Digimon and you can let them join your group. That's a plus. And, it features a wide variety of Digimon - not just 61, like the original, but 182 Digimon. But if you're a fan of the anime, you'll be unhappy to note that it contains only four Season 2 Digimon - Veemon, Flamedramon, Raidramon, and Imperialdramon.
But if you just like traditional RPGs, then you won't mind the fact that Digimon from Season 2 are missing.
But even if you're an RPG player, you can't argue that this game also suffers from a bad storyline. It's just Domains, Domains, Domains, more Domains - and fighting boss Digimon - which can get VERY annoying if you lose to the boss, because you'll have to go all the way to the bottom of the Domain again.
There is something I like. The tournaments. There are about 8 tournaments and they get harder each time. The final tournament you get to face the Guard Leaders. That's a plus.
Also, you have the ability to DNA Digivolve (no, not where two Digimons merge to create a more powerful form, but a weaker form that can digivolve to a more powerful higher form). You'll probably enjoy doing that.
But if you don't like the sound of this review, then you can wait for Digimon World 3, coming Summer 2002 - for a guaranteed better game.

I like digimon just a little..but this game [is bad].Way to pokemon!You capture digimon,travel around and once they had this thing that said"I am the greatest digimon master!"It stinks.Also i hate season 2!(except for blackwargreymon and DNA digivolving)
