I'd call this a fair game.If you like wreaking havoc,this is a
great game. Wreck cars by blowing them away with missles,pushing
them into lakes,or just plain wrecking them.Murder people by
shooting them or running them down.If you just want to play the
game,this is also a good game.Blow enemies to smithereens, pick
up vips, and follow the police chopper to complete levels.
This is kind of a boring game because it seems empty.It could
use more finesse. If the towns had more tourists,traffic,and
other things common in cities,like in Driver 2 ( a game I reco-
mmend) this game would be improved. Also,the missions are a little difficult.
What I really recommend:Rent it first.
A MUST-BUY! THIS GAME ROCKS!

If you like games like Driver and The Itallian Job, this is a game for you! It's like a cross between Driver and Spy Hunter(PS2), it's fun as hell! When you hit a civilian, they'll just die(no blood), but when you put in a code, they'll splatter blood all over! This game is a little old(it came out in 1997), but it's still fun. It's even better when you put it in a PS2!
So get off your computer, get in your car and get this game!!!
