Worldwide Soccer Manager 2007

Worldwide Soccer Manager 2007 is a great game. Much more detailed and realistic. You can also tap-up a player which is really cool; the staff list is very organized which makes it easier to appoint coaches to specific roles, like fitness and youth coaches. Players are rated fairly but transfer prices paid for players by other clubs can be insane, which makes you wonder were they get the money from; even teams that have not finished top 3 in their leagues spend crazy amounts. Advice don't go public about your interest in a player when asked by the press because other teams suddenly become interested and will outbid you. It's a great game in all, will recommend it for any soccer fan and non-soccer fans who want to learn about the beautiful game of soccer.

WSM does not fail to impress old CM addicts. Game play is greatly improved from CM 4 and the consequent releases. The player database is fabulously realistic (as usual).

WSM will have you glued to your computer for hours.

If you like management style sports games, this is the one to get. I've been playing the games in the series for close to 8 years or so and they continually get better. I was not a soccer fan at all prior to playing the game, but over the years, I've not only learned about the teams and the players, but I have gained a lot more knowledge of the sport.

This game do not work on the computers whose regional settings are for Turkey and language is Turkish. There is no support for this game like the European version Football Manager 2007. The game play may be good but I couldn't have a chance to play it yet. According to my opinion do not buy this game. Buy the FM2007 version of it. Sure has great differences. And FM is far better than WSM.

El mejor juego de manager de futbol que existe!
lo sigo desde 1993, vale la pena tener el original pues se pueden aplicar los parches con las actualizaciones cada mecado de invierno y/o verano.
uno motor de busqueda de jugadores impresionante, los regens(jugadores generados por el juego) son bastante completos y las opciones son multiples.
desde pedirle consejo a los jugadores para contratar otro jugador, o algun preparador para el equipo. hasta elogiarlos en la prensa o criticar su estado de forma. La flexibilidad en los entrenamientos pudiendo personalizar cada detalle y los preparadores, etc.. es exelente!

Having been a fan of the series predecessors, I simply had to buy the most current version.
Although there aren't that many new features incorporated into the game, I don't know what exactly could have been added that would really put the game at another level in terms of quality or amusement.
The 2-D match format remains, thankfully. Anyone looking for some hot 3-D action need not apply. The devil is in the details, not the graphics engine.
To the game's detriment (in my eyes) is the addition of the hints and tips when processing matches. SI is obviously trying to lure more gamers to FM/WSM by telling players about the most obvious aspects of soccer and the operation of WSM. Also worth noting is that the game has glitches which will make it crash, assuming you do not download the patches provided by SI at their website.
For anyone interested in trying the game out, you can download a demo at several sites, but I would not recommend purchasing the download as it is not too much fun when something goes wrong or you ditch your old computer.
If you like soccer/football and enjoy strategy games with tremendous replay value, WSM is where the search begins and ends.

The "Game" as it is called is actually just a bunch of words you click. Great you get to build a team. Awesome you get to pretend you are mamaging a team. But were is the actual game? There are just a bunch of dots moving around on the screen when you play the match. Why the heck get this instead of fifa. GET FIFA DROP AND GET RID OF THIS GAME IT STINKS! Tell WWSM08 to add actual match/game play.

I bought a brand new, high powered computer especially to play this game. Once downloaded the game doesn't work. Nothing happens. OK, I may not be a computer game wizard, but I have played other games with no problem. No effective manual comes with the game so you just have to open up & start something. No joy there! Emailing SEGA is a complete waste of time. Bottom line, I have had this game on my PC for over 6 months & no one has kicked a ball for me yet. Unless you have a friend close by to assist, save your dough!

yea, if u like soccer and managing things, this is the game, probably u already know these things, i play manager game since 2000, not much change in them, but better and more realistic games...this is the b est soccer manager game out...
