This is a game I dig back up every other year or so because it's easy to play and a lot of fun. The only thing I have to criticize is that there is only a limited number of diseases, machines, etc. After a while, the main challenge is not so much to develop new treatments, but to treat an increasing numbers of patients. It becomes a little repetitive. But it's still fun.

this game is really fun, despite it being as old as it is, it seems as though the, the sims serious was copying this game because they both seem to play alike a little bit. The graphics are good, but the gameplay is really fun, i highly recommend this game to anyone that likes simulation games.
