the graphics are ok. it plays alot like killswitch engage where you can blindfire at enemies then peek around to be more accurate. the levels are kind of bland as well are the colors. the weapons you achieve are pretty cool since you play through two storylines at the same time, switching off from a rambo kill everyone guy to a stealthy sniper solid snake dude that has stealth camo (which is one of the coolest parts of the game). the freefall/skydive missions are origional (which is another plus) where you have to shoot other enemies out of the air flipping around dodging bullets, while avoiding anti-aircraft rockets. the explosions have neat wave effects too! the controls are solid except the vehicles, and the aiming could use a little bit of work.. overall you will enjoy this game hence it is definitly worth the current market price.

How did this one fail to get attention?

This is a very well made tactical shooter. The graphics range from quite good to very impressive. The missions are clear and plentiful. You get to pilot airboats, take out helicopters and moving trains, and so much more! There are quite a few weapons. Although i was not impressed with the weapons sounds. They were pretty weak overall. But, the shoulder missle is VERY destructive. I have sent men flying higher than i've seen in any game. The skeletal animations are spectacular. The way they 'rag-doll' fly and plummet back down to earth is sensational. The voiceovers are good. The weakest point graphically is the 'puppet-like' mouth movements during cut-scenes. It's kind-of strange. And, a little 'Monty-Python esque. This is on 3 CD-roms and ends up around 2 GIG once you're done installing. The controls are configurable to your liking. No real steep learning curve, either. You are basically the 'man' who can get the job done. You're dropped into environments with instructions and some great arsenal. Some minor elements of 'sneaking' are peppered throughout the game. For such an overlooked game i have to say..WOW! This isn't the best tactical shooter I've played, but it has met it's potential on most levels. It is engaging, nice to look at, has enough various environments to play through, and i haven't yet encountered a bug. I've finished the game once, and am heading through again. This is the most fun I've had since Counterstrike. If it weren't for the lack of cosmetic polish, this would be a strong runner-up to Counterstrike. Grab this. It's worth it.
