AWSOME!

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 7 / 10

This is probably the best shooter for Gamecube. I like it allot. I got it for Christmas and stared playing it right away. It's so cool!

Pros:

*Large varity of weapons: pistol (silenced), SMG with launcher, shotgun and sniper attachments (for SMG), double egged combat knife, frag granade, smoke granade, flash granade and gas granade.
*Cool gadgets: night vision, thermal vision, sticky shocker, sticky camera (can make noise and release knockout gas), EMP (electromagnetic pulse, that jams electric devices), rubber bullets and tranquilizer darts.
*The story is pretty good but it's not the best.
*Really cool stealth move.
*You can grab bad guys and interrogate them then kill them or knock them out.
*The trust meter is determined by tasks you can do for either the NSA (good guys) or JBA (terrorists). If the meter goes to far to either side you don't get as much gear.
*The graphics are great especially for gamecube.
*You can save your game at any time during the game. You can even save in the middle of a mission then turn off your gamecube and later turn it back on and load right where you saved!
*there is a "stealth meter" on the screen that tells you how visible and loud you are.

Cons:

*You move kind of slow when you have your gun draw but it helps some times.
*There is a little swearing but nothing to bad.

All in all its a really good game and it's worth buying!

Fun Game

I purchased this game on the strength of liking a couple other Splinter Cell games. Glad I decided to buy this game. It's like a new game every time you play. The little things here and there you do decide your fate as you go. It has replay value, which is always good with a game. The one part part I dont like is the "team" aspect of a couple challanges, then again there is some of that in previous Splinter Cells.

If you like the Splinter Cell series, then take a chance on this game. If youre not sure about it, you might want to rent it first. Either way this is a great game.

Great Game, Bad Language

I don't normally get enveloped by the gaming network. But, I do enjoy playing a game every once and a while. I bought this game after playing the first Splinter Cell game, and I must say it gets my heart rate going. I am dissappointed in the language preference. I have a young daughter and I honestly don't want her hearing the rather vivid use of words that pop-up unexpectedly. Anyway, if you're looking for an exciting game, this should be your pick. But, if you don't want to hear the language, pick another game.
