pokemon colleseum is what i thought was the best out of madden 04, 4*4 evolution 2, nick party blast, zelda 1-4, and monster jam.

Yet Again, We are blown away by Pokemon!!!!!!!

First of all I mut say-if you don't have this GET IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, the story mode was great. It was a great story and much fun to play. Though there were a few bad things about it the good things make up for them. Trust me I am a loyal Pokemon fan and I have been for a long time. This game is the best game I've ever played. This is what you call ::"""GameCube Full Power"""::!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I can't wait until Pokemon Colosseum 2 comes out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pokemon colosseum is a really good game. it really has evolved from that boring and yet easy pokemon stadium. there is a really cool story behind it! team snagem is creating shadow pokemon(their hearts are closed) they attack humans and go into this thing called rage mode.(hint) shadow pokemon are easy to purify by battling with them and calling their name if they go into rage mode.BUY THIS GAME!!!!(...)

This game isn't a big deal. For those pokemon fans out there i gotta tell you this is a little dissapointing. First of all the game is short. Also it has annoying challenges that were ment to be for gameboy only.Forexample, the thing with the trainers that you have to beat over and over until you reach the boss is more annoying in 3d than in gameboy. Also you can't catch wild pokemon only snagg pokemon from trainers. Maybe its just me but I sudgest you rent it first.

I will be the first to admit. I was not a fan of Pokemon until I played this game. There is so much you can do. You can battle just to train your Pokemon, you can battle for money, battle to snag Shadow Pokemon, or you can do it for all those reasons at the same time. I like the fact you follow a storyline. There are clues given at times that helps you along the way, and it's up to you on whether you want to follow it or not.

My only dislike is that I don't like it when I don't snag a Pokemon during a battle. It is especially hard when all of your battling pokemon are just too high of a level for the shadow pokemon. Can't catch them all, right?

I think the graphics are pretty good. I like the way they travel from town to town. What kind of mode of transportation is that? Anyway, the more you play, the more the game gives to you. It is also a good way for young kids to practice reading.

My family and I like to play this game together, and I think it is worth the money spent. Great game, I recommend.

This game seems pretty sweet. The show and card games arent good but I'll always give the video games a try. The graphics look very nice compaired to the previous titles, "Pokemon Stadium" and "Pokemon Stadium 2". I'll give this one a try as well.

Hello, again. :-) Um.....sorry i didn't tell you this a long time ago, right after i wrote my review about Pokemon Colosseum. Okay, here's the point i forgot to tell: the reason why the character you're playing is a "Pokebandit" because in the story mode you are the (one and) only Pokemon Trainer who snags Pokemon--but your "snagging" is for good reason- to save Pokemon from the evil organization. Well, newbies might like this game because of the 3d animations of this game(that's one reason). While the vets, ummm.... maybe it's because of the new story mode(that's one reason). Maybe that's all i can tell about now. Well just what I've said before: If you wanna know more you've gotta play this game. :-)

I am a serious Pokemon fan; I have all "standard" Pokemon games up to Emerald, and I am definitely planning to get diamond and/or pearl. I am absolutely enchanted with those games, but somehow this one doesn't quite cut the cheese. The animation's great (awesome, actually), the plot's okay, but it just doesn't work as well. This game is okay overall. The plot is all right, but sometimes I find it harder to figure out than the other Pokemon games. I didn't like how all battles were double battles; that got old after awhile. Speaking of battles, somehow in the other games I never got sick of repetitive battling, at least in the plot, but on this game I did. Double battle after double battle after double battle. That was really the biggest mistake in this game.

The concept of purifying Pokemon is interesting, to say the least. Actually, it's kind of neat, but it always bugged me to have to "snag" Pokemon from innocent trainers and keep them forever. The other interesting thing is there is another human character, for the first time in Pokemon history, that is controlled. I just found that interesting. In fact, I'd probably rate this game a four in fun if there weren't so many double battles. I like double battles okay, but I found that it can be tough to raise your Pokemon up really fast. But one great thing about the battles is that you can rebattle trainers over and over again, without any weird devices. I guess they had to do that to make up for the game's lack of wild Pokemon. Y'know, to give you some way of leveling up your Pokemon when you've battled all the trainers you're currently supposed to be battling. One major flaw is connected to that; if you didn't know you could rebattle the trainers, your Pokemon might get weak in comparison to the current trainers. In that sense, this game can be diificult to get used to after playing good ol' Red and Blue for so long.

Overall, this game is all right. Te 4 in overall is for the cool animation and stuff.

It wasn't as good as expected because there isn't that many locations, battles get repetitive and the only way to catch Pokemon is in battles and the Pokemon have to be 'shadow' types.
Nevertheless it's still a pretty good game.

(...) People expect waaaaaay too much in a game. Colosseum for example. So it isn't as great as Stadium 2 but who cares! People expect graphics, super-cool stuff, and user freindly game-play. I've seen many game reviews and most of them are negative. Just look at the good. Pokemon Colosseum is awesome. You start with Espeon and Umbreon and snag other pokemon using your snag machine. It takes a while to do this but it is fun playing with Umbreon and Espeon. Purifing Shadow Pokemon also takes a while but then when you purify them they gain a lot of EXP and maybe even make them evolve. It is worth getting. I only play story mode but I like to test my team with my Sapphire game. I make sure they are good enough to fight the next boss and because of that I've only lost once. You can do single battles too if you don't like the double battles. Just register your story mode or GBA team and battle in the Battle Mode's Colosseum Battle. Then select single battle. Over all it is a great game. You'll like it. Buy the bonus disk off Amazon or any other person to get Jirachi too! (By the way graphics and impact and other attack graphics are cool too!)
