When I first saw this game, I got a little too excited. I thought that the name of the train on the front cover was Nancy and who wouldn't get wound up over a train named Nancy? Well, it turns out the train's name is not Nancy. The person playing the game becomes Nancy Drew and that might be a problem for some males. If you don't like being called Nancy, then I wouldn't recommend this game for you. I started thinking about this and it can't be good for sales since the game only caters to half the population (plus guys who don't mind being called Nancy, which I don't think is very common). So if you're ready to become Nancy, slap on those heels and get ready for a wild and mysterious train ride through the land of secrets and Toronto.
Really Good Game

Great game with lots of puzzles to figure out and lots of clues to keep you going. A very satisfying challenge to say the least. I just ordered my next Nancy Drew Mystery and am very much looking forward to getting it.

THIS NANCY DREW WAS COOL, EXCITING, AND ADVENTUROUS. IN SOME PARTS OF THIS MYSTERY, IT WAS HARDER THAN I THOUGHT ,AND IT TOOK A LITTLE MORE TIME TO FIGURE OUT.I THINK THE BEST PART OF THIS MYSTERY WAS WHEN I FIGURED OUT HOW TO WORK THE GENERATOR IN THE TRAIN AND THE ROOM WAS LIT UP WITH ALL DIFFERENT COLORS LIKE GREEN, BLUE, AND PURPLE ALL FROM THE BEAUTIFUL GEMS.THE PART THAT I DID NOT REALLY LIKE WAS WHEN MY SISTER AND I WHERE STUCK ON THE MEASURING SCALE AND HAD TO USE THE SLUGS TO GET THE LAST OF THE PIPES CONECTED. BUT THAT PART WAS NOT SO BAD. IN ALL, I REALY LIKED THIS NANCY DREW.
THIS WAS A SUPER KABOOM!!! :-)

Nancy Drew: Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon was a thrilling adventure with action every second. I rated this game a 5 star because it had execellent graphics and it was non-stop fun! I was awed when the machine holding the gems illuminated the room with dazzling colors from each small stone; that part was really a delight. I was challenged through out the game with looking for the metal slugs. I also found it difficult putting Camille's dolls in order. But eventually, I was able to get through those challenges- even though even though at times it was frustrating. Over all, this was a spectacular game, and i can't waite for Danger by Disign to be released- because you begin to memorize every trick and part of all the games, especially if you've played them all three times!!
Go ahead and buy it - it's a lot of fun!

Nancy Drew: Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon... I would definitely recommend you purchase this interactive mystery PC game!! The graphics are vibrant; the sound effects are very good and add a key element to your game play; the characters are interesting; the clues keep you thinking and looking for answers; and Nancy will not let you down! She is not afraid to hunt wherever she must! The train ride seems realistic, as you pass from one car to the next. You get to use a cell phone camera at some point. One reviewer said it's too short, however, my experience (as an adult) is that it is just the right length, especially for a $20 game. I don't try to race through the game, rather I save it and then go back. It's up to you. And it is still fun to play the game again, even after you've solved it. I rate most of the Nancy Drew PC games at 5 stars!
Best one yet!

I have played 11 out of the 13 Nancy Drew games and I believe this one is the best. Great storyline, amazing graphics, good characters(I loved it when Joe imitated Tino!) and great ending, even if it was a bit easy to figure out. Overall, a great game. If you are trying to decide whether or not to buy it, trust me, you won't be disappointed. I would pay $35 for this gem!

My daughter loved this game. She enjoys working her way through the mysteries. They hold her interest because it takes some skill and a little luck to get the answer. I like the fact that she isn't bored with it or finished with the game in 5 minutes. My daughter and her friends have bought and traded many of the Nancy Drew games. The new ones are more user friendly than the older ones.

You, as Nancy Drew, embark on a journey to discover where Jake Hurley's lost mine is. On the train, who Lori Girard's (a very rich and, uh, doesn't have a lot upstairs girl) father owns, you are accompanied with John Grey, an actor on the TV show, Ghost Hunters; Tino Balducci, a "#1" cop who just happened to be in the right place at the right time when he nabbed those criminals; Charleena Purcell, who writes romance novels; and the legendary HARDY BOYS!!
Throughout the course of the mystery, you solve many puzzles. Most are easy. Then, you wait until you get to your destination: Copper Gourge. This is where Jake Hurley, the man who originally owned the train now owned by Lori's father, buried his wife, Camille, who died on the train while the couple were heading to Jake's lost mine.
I recommend this Nancy Drew game, and any of the other 13 Nancy Drew mysteries, to all!

This game was great! It's easy to get stuck at the beginning, but after you get off the train, it goes by really fast.
In this one, Nancy is on a train that might be haunted. Lori Girard (your host) invites a bunch of people, including Frank and Joe Hardy (you actually get to play as Frank in one part of the game). Then odd things start happening on the train: Lori disappears apparently in thin air, then the train's emergency brake is pulled.
This is a really fun game!
