Mine did come with a guncon 2 gun in the box. The gun breaks really easily though. Other than that its just like the arcade game

When I was playing this game I noticed that it only has three stages and , I BEAT THE GAME IN TWENTY MINUTES , other than that I thought the game was awsome.

I think that on this website you should be able to buy the guns with the actual game as i don't no were to get them

This game was soooo much fun for my first day. But then I just beat it in about 40 minutes. Then i beat it again. Then again. And again. And after that the game started to get a little old. To top it all off my guncon2 broke. (this was good becaue ihad a reason to send it back though) This is great though for guest. But for weely use too short.

This game is cool i think robert baxter is the best good guy the best bad guy is wild dog if you see this game you should buy it however time crisis 3 is better.

time crisis 2 is good but it doen't come with a gun.

I write a review for a game that has suddenly become hard to find. And once I finally got my hands on it, I wasn't disappointed.
With catchy, electric guitar laced music accompanied with realistic gun-fire and the enemies shouting orders, TC2 is suprisingly good.
Animation isn't jaw-dropping, but human movement equals that of the latest Final Fantasy game.
There are side games along with the main one, to improve your shooting skill, or just have fun.
Playing the character Keith 'Cherub' Martin, you duck n' shoot your way through three stages, each holding 3 areas within them. Along with his blue jacket partner, Robert 'Griffon' Baxter bad guys quake at your presence!
The computer moves you throughout the areas, occasionally accompanied with cut-scenes of sorts.
The guns sound real,(and rumor has it you can pick up different guns other than the machine gun, but I've yet to reach this point), stray bullets destroy glass windows, rattle off cars (sometimes blowing the car up entirely), ricochet off of fire hydrants, telephone polls and the ground in general. :D
Plus, when playing one or two player, you've always got to be careful of your partner. During intense gun fire, when your character is ruthlessly shooting up any baddie you see, the 'com' or second player, can unitentionally swerve in front or your path (i.e., aboard a speed boat). So that's a new challenge you face, but a fun one.
As for absoloutly needing the Guncon for this, I don't know. I'm not a hardcore shooter type person. I didn't want blood and guts etc, I just wanted something alittle different. I got that with TC2. Just plain fun. But I didn't want to have to blow my money on a dorky looking plastic gun that I'd only use for that game alone. Wasn't it worth it. Sure, the controller probably doesn't feel the same, but I consider it to pretty fun. The gun ISN'T necessary. You can't really tell that from all these reviews, since all people really talk about is the shooting and the guns and how it doesn't coming with a Guncon 2, seemingly forgetting about all the little extras this game comes with.
So, if you're gamer who wants something a little more exciting, but not overly gory and disgusting, try this game. And don't worry about getting the Guncon. Try it first without it, an see what I mean...
