Spyro Fans, THIS IS A MUST-BUY!

When I saw this game in the shops, I thought 'It doesn't look like a normal Spyro game.' and didn't buy it. Soon after, my friends bought it. We played for hours on the game. When I came home, I begged to buy the game.

This Spyro game has the best graphics of them all, and one of the best story plots. It has large, colourful levels filled with collectables. There are more playable characters and mini games to play. So don't judge the game by its cover, buy it because this game is the best Spyro game yet!

I love all the Spyro games, but some are better than others. This one is the best that I have ever played! Enter the Dragonfly is good, but if you are looking between these two (like I was doing before I bought it) this is the game to get. It is fun and I love playing it, but it is not majorly addictive. This is a very good thing as tons of video games get you hooked and can interfere with school and your life in general. This is awesome fun, but not like that. I love this game because you can play as 5 characters. MY favorite to play as is Spyro (of course) but all the others are just as fun. I think this is great for all ages and very fun to play with your friends (even though it is a one-player game). If you are looking for a great game with awesome graphics and animation, this is the game to get.

Harder than the Original Games

This game is too hard for me....I prefer the original games. This game completly redid the characters! Since when can Sparx talk? When did hunter get those sharp teeth and that jerk attitude? I don't remember Nasty Gnorc looking like that......And WHERE THE HECK DID MONEYBAGS GET THAT HORRIBLE FAKE ACCENT?

Coolest Spyro Game I've Ever Played

I quite liked the old Spyro games, but this one is so cool. It's cool because the levels are very hard and there are like 3 places to go and find dark gems. No matter how many times I play, I always forget where the last dark gem is in the ice level. The one thing I don't understand is why Moneybags has this weird accent and why Sparx suddenly started to talk. My favorite character to play as is Blink.

i got this game for christmas totally unexpected. i was very excited as i love and own all of the spyro games. it was hard to get used to the change in button's, but you get over it. i just finished the game today. some of it was very cool. i loved the large worlds and graphics were great. i don't like blink at all! he is so slow!! anyway like i said i finished the game today. you have to gather all 100 eggs and they tell you to take them back to the nursery nanny. so i expect this other world to open up or new abilities or something. but NOOOOOOO. nothing. nada. big, huge, disapointment!!!! i am going to sell mine.

A must for diehard Spiro fans! Some challenges are frustrating, especially for players age ten or under. If you have a bit of patience during certain timed mini-games, you'll probably enjoy this one as well as you did it's predecessors!!!

It is nothing like the original. Even Spyro looks different. Ever since Insomniac sold the rights to Spyro, all the Spyro games besides the 3 for the PS1 Insomniac made stink. Don't get this game! They even switched the ram and fire button (now ram is Circle and fire is Square). This game is not worth $20. Don't buy it. Now that i have played it, I would not have gotten it if it were free- this game is so bad, its hard to describe. Its probally the worst sequal to a good game I've ever played- don't even consider getting it.

For me, I like some parts, but others are just dumb. For example, in Enter the Dragonfly, you got the power of invinsibility for quite a bit of time. Well, you also get invinsibility in this game, but only for about 10 seconds. It was pretty disapointing. Plus, there is a lot less fodder and a whole lot more ways to die, so that is an added negative. Another thing I disliked were the realms. Talk about hard to navigate!!! Please, it's torture!!! Well, that's enough of the negative stuff, now onto the good parts. Instead of just being stuck with Spyro the whole time, you can now control Hunter, Sgt. Byrd and Blink (a new, and very cool, character). I would rate this game a 5/10 for navigation, 8/10 for fun, and 6.5/10 overall. Caution to parents whose kids spend WAY too much time on video games, it can be very addictive.
