Almost Real

I thought this game might be boring or tedious to learn and play, but I was wrong! I have never played a tennis computer game before, although I have played tennis. The timing seems very real and it's nice to have several female players to choose from (male players are available to choose from, too) so I can relate to the characters & really get into the game. It's a little tricky to get used to playing tennis with a controller, but I can't wait to play Smash Court Tennis some more so that I can master the controls and win some games! This game reminds me of real tennis so much, I've almost been inspired to go out and play tennis outside! ;-)

I'm 33 years old and when you get myself and 3 of my friends together to play doubles, 5 hours later -we take a break! This game is great as a one player game, but plug in the 4-way and you'll have blisters because you can't put it down. The graphics and play are both good. This is the only review I have ever written and highly reccommend it. If you like to play tennis on the court or on the PS2 -you should have this game.

For some reason, ebgames.com released this game on the 18th. i bought it, recieved it and it did not work. It sounded like a junky rental game when it was trying to read it. I tried all my other games, they all worked fine. The game has a big glitch so wait and make sure there isn't any big problems with production....looks like it will be a great game...if this is fixed.

Smash Court Tennis Pro is an excellent game and is well worth the money. I don't play tennis and only watch the major championships, but this game makes me want to go out and play. The graphics and gameplay are wonderful. The only major drawback is no create a player, but the professional players that you can choose from clearly make up for that.

smash court tennis has got to be the worst game i have ever played in my life.you can only choose from a small amount of tennis players and the graphics are also very bad.i would advise everyone to not buy this game because it would be a waste of your money.

If you like tennis and video games this game is the best. I cant stop playing!! It has your favorite players and the gameplay is awesome. You can play doubles which is great too. You can pick from the greatest tournaments. The graphics are amazing also, the players do exactly what they do in real life!!! All I have to say is if you want a tennis game pick this one!!!!!!

This game is great for star wars fans...I think that they will eventually come up with something better, but right now this is the best one...

i like the game a lot. But there is only 4 of each. I am wondering why don't they have the Williams on here. Where was the last time u saw Anna Ko. at the top ? i can understand davenport, hinigs, and seles but they could have put in at least a william.

This game is actually really fun when it comes down to it. I am a 13 year old tennis fanactic so maybe there is a little biased. THe game has good timing and an excellenct choice of players. Including agassi, sampras, kournikova, and seles. I would have to say sega sports tennis 2k2 is a better game but if you are looking for another game that is simlar to 2k2 and almost as good i strongly recommend this game IF sega sprots tennis 2k2 is bought first.
