This is one of the best games that i ever played get this game no matter what you will not be disapointed. this people are stupid said it was bad.

I have all three Syphon Filter games on the PS1. I bought #3 the day after it came... I rushed home to play it as soon as I got it. The first two were awesome so this shouldn't be any different, right. The answer is yes.

The only thing I was surprised about is the level of difficulty. That's not because of how hard it is, but how EASY it is. I managed to complete it in around seven hours of play. That's not saying it's bad, it's just saying that it took much less time to complete this game than with the first two. There are 19 levels in all, and four playable characters throughout the game. These people are Gabe, Lian, Lawrence Mujari and one other I will not tell you. You'll have to play up to the 15th mission to find out. The last level is very easy, plus there are two ways to kill the final boss, Mara Aramov. The weapons are still here including new ones like the Falcon and the MIL-15. As for the multiplayer being all "New and Improved," all that's different is lots of brand new arenas plus more than five new playable multiplayer characters. That's it. Just like in SF2, you must unlock certain multiplayer arenas by doing certain things in single player. I highly recommend purchasing this game if you are a fan of the series. You will be very happy that you did.

i felt as if i was playing ps2 when i first popped this great game in my playstation. the graphics are very nice and so is the game play. altough the game can be tricky for new players (lots of controls to rember). i give it five stars and say it is the best game for psone.

Syphon Filter 3

Gabe Logan and Lian Xing are back and now they to stop mara who survived the first two and the secreatary of state who everyone found was the new bad guy in SF3 if you beat the game.Now he's after Gabe and Lian again. It's a great game which lots of people will enjoy.

Is this truly a sequel?

I reserved a copy of Syphon Filter 3 as soon as I heard that it was coming out. I could not wait for it, but with everything pushing back the release date, my anticipation grew. I picked up the game on the day it was released, and instantly was hooked. However, I found it to be nothing of a sequel. SF2 was more difficult than this one. The only good thing about SF3 was the story line. I hate to say it, but I truly think that the price is way too high for this game. If you beat SF and SF2 with some difficulty, then you will have no problem beating this one. I beat it in 4 days - AND I WORK OVER 50 HRS A WEEK!!! (...)

After purchasing Syphon Filter 3, I was very dissapointed in what i waited 2 months to have. S.F.3 is no where near the first two.Its graphics are amazing,the story is fine,but the length and the difficulty is pitiful.I beat the game in 2 days-and no-I wasn't playing all day-maybe 2 hours each day.Is is very short compared to the first two-but the mini games and the better 2 player game does make it a little better.If you're looking for a challenging game that is worth the money-stick to the first to Syphon Filter's-but if you want a kinda short-"shoot em up" game thats relatively easy-then this is the game for you.Oh yeah-sounds and graphics are AMAZING.

There is no action adventure game that compares to this particular one. Part one and part two was the best on the market.

Syphon Filter Is Back

I have played SP1 and SP2 and they were super cool games. Now three is coming and I'm really excited. If you beat 2, you know the story continues but for me, I thought it was over because I didn't here no news about the three. Now three is coming out and I'm super excited. It'll have the best story of all three. I know it's going to be the best!!!!

I was thrilled when it came out for the playstation 1. The game seemed to be short and I wasn't too crazy about the shifting of time scenes, but then again it was telling a story. The action was nice as well as the new weapons. Problem is with a game as great as the syphon filter series, they didn't leave much room for a syphon filter 4. If they do, I would hope they stick to tradition and make it for playstation. Or perhaps they can keep the charactors and make a new series for playstation 2.

SF3 is LMF

I can't beleive it, there is actully Syphon Filter 3. After I played Syphon Filter and SF2, i was hook up with this games. In Syphon Filter3, I can have a new adventure with new weapons and story. I just can't wait unitl I get SF3, I will spend at least 6 hours a day just to play SF3.
To all the Syphon Filter's fans, remember, SF3 is LMF
