Backward step from the original K.K.

I was and still am a big fan of the 1st K.K. because it was a fairly lifelike boxing game.I rushed out and bought K.K. 2000 thinking that they could only improve on the original but how I was wrong. The only improvement was the boxers faces and physiques but everything else made playing the game worse. The boxers are far too wooden like and look like they have their feet tied together K.K. 2000 is like an arcade beat em up,press every button till someone drops game.I can only hope that KK 2001 recaptures what the original tried to achieve but I'll be renting first this time.

I liked the game because there were so many punches from different distances and angles you could really mix up your fighting strategy. I love to win! Nobody can beat me! (sinister cackling)

FUNNIEST GAME ON THE PLAYSTATION

This game is sweet. This game is probably the funniest game I ever played on the playstation.First of all the graphics are the best I seen on a playstation. Its so realistic that I thaught I was controlling real boxers. Its kinda scary. There are also cool enrances. The only thing I saw a problem in the game with the graphics are that sometimes the boxer gloves go through their oppenent faces and body. But who cares. The sound is great also. With the rap music and the commentary, its all good. The crowd could of been better though, in my opinion the crowd was flat, in other words quiet. So if you love boxing this is a must game!

I really like the game, but I wish the opponent's attacks were just a little more telegraphed so that I, as a player, would have a better fighting chance against the computer that is obviously connected to whatever button I press when it comes to its defensive tactics.

The game is very good, but there is one complaint i have about it. That is, when you knockdown the opponent, he always gets up after 6 seconds the first time, 9 seconds after the second time, and finally is done after the third KO. I would like some more variety, but it is still a good game.

One of the funnest sports games EVER.

This is one of the funnest games I've ever played, period. When I first got it, my friends and I played for 4 straight hours. Career mode is awesome, making you think and actually know something about boxing. My only complaint.... where's George Foreman, Mike Tyson, and Nazr Hamed? All and all this game is a MUST BUY for any boxing afficionado.

Better then I expected!

Career mode is fun, but after you defend your title for the last time to Ali and win, you see a screen with the championship belt and then the credits, but after that when you go back to your boxer, your record is the same and you can't fight anyone else but Ali. I think after beating Ali you should have a chance to go for Rocky Marciano's perfect 49-0 record. Besides that the game is very fun and exciting. Except for that career mode thing and the fact that it doesn't have Foreman, it's the perfect boxing game!
