Press Left or Right at the main menu to highlight the vial, then press Enter. Yzma's hand will appear, catch the green vile, pour out ooze, then turn Flo the waitress into Kuzco.
Press Left or Right at the main menu to highlight the cooking pot, then press [Enter]. It will steam and explode, sending cheese everywhere.
