Unlock Alternate Costumes
Some fights are with a boss-like character. If you defeat that actor with the mirror version while earning three or more stars you can unlock the alternate costume.
The "bosses" are:

Ninja Fu Hiya in The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly Princess
Monkey in Enter The Dino
Chop & Styx in Gigantic Crack
Xui Tan Sour in Legend Of The Drunken Bastards

If you complete campaign mode with Candi Roll or Captain Won Ton, you unlock their alternate costumes
