Successfully complete story mode as Johnny Ohm.
Unlock Master cards:
Successfully complete campaign mode with a character with a "Gold" rank in each match to unlock their "Master Unlock" rarity card.
Unlock Brigade:
Successfully complete story mode as The Thing.
Unlock Spider-Man:
Successfully complete story mode as Venom.
Recharge super power faster:
Hold R and stand still. Do not walk or run and your super power (blue line) will fill up faster.
Unlock Venom:
Successfully complete story mode as Iron Man.
