Unlock Rock Lee, then complete the game again, with all "A" ranks. The third Hokage scroll will appear in place of the Kakashi scroll.
Unlock Rock Lee
Successfully complete the game.
Gambunta vs. Shukaku mini-game
Intentionally allow Sakura and Sasuke to die in the level where you are looking for Gaara. Continue the level as Naruto and defeat Gaara in his sand shell to play the mini-game.
