Horizontal Mode (Dr. Mario)
Complete Virus Level 20 in regular 1 Player Mode.
Horizontal Mode (Panel de Pon)
Get 10,000 points or more in Endless Mode.
Unlock Vertical Mode
Complete 1-player Line mode (by beating level 6-5) to unlock Vertical Mode. This will allow you to play Marathon, Timed, and Garbage in Vertical Mode.
