Hold B + L + Select during the first intermission sequence to unlock all levels.
Unlimited time
Pause game play, then hold X + R + Down + Select. Enabling this code will not allow awards to be unlocked. Also, this code is only active for the current level.
Unlimited energy
Pause game play, then hold Y + L + Right + Select. Enabling this code will not allow awards to be unlocked. Also, this code is only active for the current level.
