At the Difficulty Selection screen shake the Left Maraca in the Low position fifteen times. If you are using the standard Dreamcast controller, hold the Left Maraca Low (down-left) button instead.
Open Super hard mode
At the Difficulty Selection screen shake the Left Maraca in the High position fifteen times. If you are using the standard Dreamcast controller, hold the Left Maraca High button instead.
Survival mode
Get a Maraca Star rank in challenge mode to unlock survival mode.

Successfully complete the Maracas Standout course (second course) in challenge mode to unlock The Theme of Inoki song.
Samba de Amigo song
Successfully complete the Maracas Expert course (third course) in challenge mode to unlock the Samba de Amigo song.

Successfully complete the Maracas Apprentice course (first course) in challenge mode to unlock the Tequila, Love Lease, and Soul Bossa Nova songs.
