Play as Hanamuizu
To play as Hanamuizu beat all the races twice. If you can earn a gold medal on each course he will be unlocked.
PC Wallpaper
Put the PenPen Trilcelon CD into your computer, on the CD there will be two files named: wallpaper1 and wallpaper2.
Play as Hinamazu
If you complete every section of all 4 levels, you can gain access to the secret character, Hinamazu.
Alternate Costumes
Finish in first place on all courses and course variations two times to unlock every costume.
