Cheat :
Turbo Game Speed
In the code section, enter TURBO (all caps). This will unlock Turbo under Game Speed.
All-Star Sega Team
In the code section, enter SUPERSTARS (all caps).
Glitch in Player Creation
Create a wide receiver with full arm and leg scale. Display the attributes page by pressing Start. Under Receiver Type, select Speed Receiver and set the following to get a strange object at the top:
