Below are the cheats, hints, and tips that Game Gas knows about for Flag to Flag. On the right are

Cheat :
Rainy Weather:
While starting the game in arcade mode, hold L + R + Down.
Weather Never Changes:
While starting the game in arcade mode, hold L + R + Up.
Bonus Pace Cars:
Complete championship mode four times to unlock the Acura NSX, BMW M3, Toyota Celica, and Pick Up-Truck pace cars.
Drive as S. Hattori:
Complete championship mode once to unlock a bonus Japanese driver that is not ranked in the CART-Season or with a Team.
Super Speed Mode:
Complete championship mode once. Super Speed mode will remove mirrors in the cockpit view and twenty cars to increase the frame rate to 60 fps.
Bonus Camera Angle:
Complete championship mode once to unlock a far top view camera angle that resembles the game Micro Machines.
