Scenario Settings
At the Main Menu choose "Standard" then choose "Load." Choose the Scenario you wish to edit and press UP on the d-pad three times then press "C"
Edit Mode
At the Main Menu press d-pad RIGHT and then LEFT. Choose "Standard"
