Hold I + II and press Run, Run at the "Game Over" screen.
Invincibility
Hold Down/Right + Select and press Run at the title screen. Select Mark as a character and press II, I to begin game play.
Bonus level
Finish in first place in each of the nine levels to fly the jet from Afterburner in a bonus level.
