Sound test
Press Select at the title screen.
Arcade mode
Hold I when the word "Irem" is displayed.
Play as Mr. Heli
Highlight "SONG C" at the sound test screen, then press Down + Select + I + II. Select the "MR HELI" song entry that appears and press Run.
