Pause game play and press Left, Up, Left, Up, Start, B, Right, A. Alternatively, press Up, Down, Left, Right, B, A, Select.
Level select:
Press B, A, X, Select, Start.
Final level:
Enter [Eyeball], E, E, [Key], [Blob], B as a password
