At the Capcom Logo, press Up, Up, Right, Right, Down, Down to enable cheats. Then, enter any of the following:
Select own character in versus mode
Hold Left
Music test
Hold Right
All bonus characters in versus mode
Hold Left or Right and select Start
Watch mode
Hold Right and select VS
