Locate the Unique that is hidden a small room in Area 15, behind a glass panel. You must have already unlocked the Grizzly form first to defeat it. Just use the charge attack to fart in the hole that it is using to breath.

Successfully complete the game to unlock options for Elevator Of Doom mode, All Boss Fights, and All Cinematics.
