Extras options
Complete the game and save. Now at the title screen there will be a new Extras option that has things like Theater Mode and Names List.
New Dragon's Nest Trials
Once you complete the game there will be 10 new Trials in Dragon's Nest. Load a previous save and go there to check them out.
Ultimate Trial
To unlock the ultimate trial you will need to complete all 19 original trials and 10 extra trials (ones that unlock after beating the game).
