Bonus Tokyo level:
Finish all the other areas of Japan by completing the assigned task. You will now get to go to Tokyo. To complete this level, build as many colleges and zoos as you can to get as many people as possible. You must get in the area of 26,000 or 28,000 people. You will now have completed the entire game.
