Batting Tip
To increase your chances of hitting a home run, hold UP as you swing at the plate. This makes the ball travel higher and carry further.
Bonus Players
Want to command the greatest players of all time? If so, then this trick is for you. On the GAME SETUP screen, highlight General Manager and press C. From here, choose Custom Players. Finally, move to an empty slot in your roster and press C to create a player. If you enter one of the following, their stats will automatically appear. Batter up!

Reset Rosters
Feel like resetting the rosters back to the original factory settings and don't know how to do it? Here's how: While the TITLE screen is displayed, press A + B + C + Start all at the same exact time and hold down on them for about 10 to 15 seconds. When you let go of the buttons, you will be asked if you want to reset the battery back to the way the settings were when you first bought the game. If you do, answer YES.
