Cheat
When in the options menu, put the cursor on 'difficulty' then push A, C, A, C, A, C, A, C, B, B, B, B. That will give you a cheat menu. Or, in the middle of the game, pause the game and push A, B, B, A, A, B, B, A. That will skip you to the next level.
