Press [Ctrl] + (Pause/Break) or [Ctrl] + (Scroll Lock) during game play to display the console window:
Code - Result:
testgame - All races, cars, and 99999 Pesetas
allrace - All Races
pesetas - Multiply current Pesetas total by 5
winrace - Win current race
lostrace - Lose current race
showstat - View debug information
