Get Any Willing Player For Free
Create a second manager in your game, select him to manage the team of the player that you are after (eg. If you were interested in Adriano, create a new manager to manage Inter Milan) then offer that player to your 1st manager on a free. Switch to your 1st manager and accept the offer. Keep switching between managers until eventually the player accepts a contract and joins your team for free. (player must be wiling to join your team for him to accept the contract)
